Swim, dive, surf and sail in the warm tropical waters or just stay home, relax, watch the whales cruise by and enjoy the privacy and serenity of this very special place. Rates depend on the number of people in your party. The daily rate starts at $575 per night per couple with an additional charge of $150 per additional couple per day . Call for information about our discounted rates for long term rentals, weekly rates and rentals within this month. A refundable security deposit is required on all stays and the amount varies by the number of guests. A one time rental cleaning fee of $275 to $425 is determined by the number of guests.
